In what type of real estate is it possible to find an investor?

We can help you sell a plot of land or find an investor who will build a residential building, and we will transfer the premises to you in exchange for the land (a mixed option is also possible, transferring part of the money and part of the premises to the landowners). It is a necessary requirement that the area of ​​the land exceeds 500 sq.m.

Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot help you find an investor in another location

 

When will you get involved in finding an investor for your real estate?

Based on the information you provide, we will analyze your property and the asking price or condition. If we consider that your project is financially profitable as of today, then it will also be financially interesting for DK Capital's partner investors. In such a case, we will start working on finding an investor/buyer for your object/or land.

 

What is the K2 coefficient?

For our partner investors, at this stage, such plots of land where it is possible to build various types of buildings are interesting. All plots of this type have a K2 coefficient, which determines how much can be built on the said plot of land. For example, the size of the plot of land is 5,000 square meters and the K2 coefficient is 3.5. This means that the total construction area will be 5,000 X 3.5 = 17,500. In the case of Tbilisi, this information is public and can be viewed on tas.ge, and in the case of other cities, K2 The coefficient should be specified in the local municipality.

 

What information should you send us?

In order for us to financially analyze your proposal, we will need the following information:

  • Cadastral code and location
  • Amount of total land/building area
  • Amount of K2 coefficient (in the case of regions)
  • Your terms: price or requirements
  • Your contact mobile number
  • In the case of the building, it is preferable to send pictures
